With the COVID rules always changing and up in the air, I wanted to offer you guys some perfect mocktail recipes to welcome summer 2021 using cocktail bombs by cocktail bomb shop. What you’ll need to make this delightful drink is;
- 1-ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1-ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1-ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 tablespoon grenadine

- 2 ounces ginger ale (or club soda)

The way you make this cocktail is quite simple. You firstly pour all the juices and the optional bitters into a cocktail shaker. Don’t forget to fill the cocktail shaker with ice. The way you prepare it is as follows, firstly whisk together the mango puree, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Slowly add in all your water, however, be very careful not to overmix your ingredients not to lose the carbonation. Then, to add the sugar to the rim of your glasses, rub a lemon wedge all along the rim of the glasses. Dip your glass in the sugar and the sugar will stick. Finally, add a couple of ice cubes to your glass and serve your drink right away. Drop the Pina Colada cocktail bomb to finish off the drink.
